The Canal At St Mark’s – Cloudwater Brewing

The Canal at St Mark’s by @cloudwaterbrew. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV.

Hazy and juicy pineapple colour, pours a pretty big head.
Aromas are tropical, citrusy and has some stone fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, apricot and some sweet honey notes.
Flavours of tropical fruits, citrus and stone fruits, with pineapple, grapefruit, apricot and honey. Some small herbal notes as well.
Juicy mouthfeel, very hoppy and has a lot of sweetness but also a soft bitterness that balances it out. Well balanced in the flavours as well. I’ve wanted to try something from this brewery for a while and I was glad finding this at the state monopoly store, it did not disappoint. 4.25 out of 5.
