The Divine – Prophecy Brewing

The Divine by Prophecy Brewing. New England IPA, 7% ABV, 40 IBU.

Half clear pineapple colour, pours a pretty small head.
Citrusy and a bit tropical aromas of grapefruit, mango, pineapple and small hints of pine.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, mango, some sweet cake, pine and herbs.
Crisp mouthfeel and a medium bitterness. Pretty hoppy but not that sweet, has some nice piney notes that gives it a bit of character on top of those citrus and tropical fruits. Well balanced and nice. 3.75 out of 5.
