Apricot Sour – Train Station Brewery

Apricot Sour by Train Station Brewery. Sour, 4.5% ABV.

Clear golden colour, pours a pretty big head.
Aromas of apricot, syrup and some honey.
Flavours of apricot, grapefruit, a little bit of honey and white bread.
Pretty tart and not very sweet, light and a bit dry mouthfeel. Somewhat of a dry cider character on this one. Not completely my cup of tea but well made and decently balanced. 3.25 out of 5.
