Specimen.8 – Chad Beer

Specimen.8 by Chad Beer. Double IPA, 7.5% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, grapefruit and some apricot.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, grapefruit, herbs and sweet cake.
Crisp and slightly juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and has some nice sweetness. A pretty nice double, but not the best in this series. The Specimen-beers has been solid so far with some really nice peaks. 3.75 out of 5.
