Tropical Darkness – Duckpond Brewing

Tropical Darkness by Duckpond Brewing. Fruited Gose, 9% ABV.

Deep beetroot colour, pours a small pink head.
Aromas of black currant, vanilla and raspberry.
Black currant, raspberry and vanilla flavours, and with some hints of mango and passion fruit.
Thick and juicy mouthfeel, pretty tart and sweet but has some salty notes that balances it nicely. Pretty black currant and vanilla forward, but the mango and the passion fruit adds a nice depth to it. A really nice sour. 4.25 out of 5.
