From a Dry Camel – Stigbergets Bryggeri

From a Dry Camel by Stigbergets Bryggeri. American style IPA, 7% ABV. Poured at Stigbergets Fot.

Half clear apricot colour. Aromas are malty and citrusy, with pine, grapefruit and hints of caramel.
Flavours are also malty and citrusy, white bread, grapefruit, pine and some caramel.
Crisp and dry mouthfeel and a very distinct bitter end. Well balanced but perhaps not a beer for those who don’t like them bitter. A nice break from the sweeter NEIPAs though, and went really well with the awesome burger from @barrels.se. 3.75 out of 5.
