Mosaic Galaxy – Ten Hands Brewing

Mosaic Galaxy by Ten Hands Brewing. New England IPA, 6.1% ABV, 25 IBU. Brewed with Mosaic and Galaxy (duh).

Slightly hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, some sweet cake, grapefruit and pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, passion fruit, sweet cake, grapefruit and some pine.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and a little bit of tropical sweetness. Pretty classic NEIPA-profile, well balanced but nothing that surprises. Another solid one. 3.75 out of 5.
