Together with SBÄM Records, Street Dogs are reissuing their legendary album “Back To The World” on vinyl for the first time to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Does that make you feel old as a punk fan? Certainly not the Street Dogs! The Boston band led by singer Mike McColgan, co-founder of the Dropkick Murphys, was an integral part of international punk rock for 17 years before taking a break in 2020. The re-release of “Back To The World” promises a comeback for the band.

“Back To The World“ was the band’s second album, which was produced by Nate Albert (”The Mighty Mighty Bosstones”) and contained hits such as ‘You Alone’ and the title track ‘Back To The World’. The album was released in January 2005 via Brass Tacks Records and is an absolute crowd favorite.

But who still has the album at home? Well, since the CD was the most common medium in 2005 before the big comeback of the vinyl record, fans nowadays miss having an LP of their favorite album. SBÄM Records is now changing this together with the band and is giving “Back To The World” its first vinyl edition in several versions! And that’s not all: there will be an exclusive new song on the record! A comeback is on the horizon…

Street Dogs “Back to the World” LP will be released in January 2025 and can already be pre-ordered via store.sbam.rocks (while stock lasts).
