Empirical Pseudoscience DDH IPA by Shapes and Objects Beer Co and Crooked Moon Brewing. New England IPA, 6.7% ABV.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, sweet cake, pine and some ginger.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, guava, grapefruit, white bread and some pine and pear.
Juicy mouthfeel, a pretty distinct bitterness and some tropical sweetness. Interesting profile, with some hops I don’t think I’ve tried before, but I’m not completely convinced, not completely down my alley. 3.5 out of 5.
