Haunted Shores – Elmeleven

Haunted Shores by Elmeleven. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Mosaic and Superdelic.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and a bit citrusy aromas of mango, papaya, sweet cake, orange and some pine.
Flavours are tropical and slightly citrusy, with mango, pineapple, papaya, sweet cake, orange and some pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness balanced by dried tropical fruit sweetness. Big bold flavours, hides the ABV relatively well, just a gentle boozy bite. Superdelic proves to be one hell of a hop-variety, seems perfect for this style. 4.25 out of 5.
