Razzle Dazzle – Raspberry & Mango Pastry Sour by Amundsen Brewery. Pastry Sour, 6.5% ABV, 5 IBU.

Juicy blood orange colour with aromas of raspberry, mango, sweet cake and some vanilla.
Flavours are fruity, with raspberry, mango, sweet cake, some vanilla and blood orange.
Slightly thin mouthfeel and not very tart. Not the most classic combination of flavours but it works pretty well. A little bit thin to be up there with the best, but flavour-wise it’s solid. 3.5 out of 5.
