Hop Appetit by Fermenterarna. Double New England IPA, 8.5% ABV, 15 IBU. Brewed with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of mango, papaya, pineapple, sweet cake, herbs and a little bit of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, with mango, pineapple, papaya, sweet cake, grapefruit and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, pretty gentle bitterness and booziness, and quite a lot of sweetness. Nicely balanced and well made, big flavours. 4 out of 5.
