Subsurface (PULP w Arpus) by Elmeleven and Ārpus Brewing Co. Smoothie sour, 5% ABV.

Strawberry colour, pours a small head.
Fruity red berry aromas of strawberries which also go for the flavours, with a little lime twist.
Thick mouthfeel, not that tart and with a nicely balanced sweetness. The lime gives a bit of depth. A really good sour that doesn’t try to do too much but is delicious. 4.25 out of 5.
