Aladåb – Unibärsum

Aladåb by Unibärsum. Poured Industrigatan 2. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV, 35 IBU. Brewed with Mosaic T90 and Citra Cryo.

Hazy butterscotch colour. Tropical and stone fruity aromas of mango, apricot and some small hints of pineapple.
Flavours of tropical fruits and stone fruits, mango, apricot and some hints of grapefruit.
Bit of a juicy mouthfeel, a nice bitterness and the higher ABV doesn’t shine through too much. Sweet and hoppy, nicely balanced and a good flavour-profile. 4 out of 5.
