Alien Chicks release debut EP “Indulging The Mobs”
London power-punk specialists Alien Chicks has released their debut EP “Indulging The Mobs”, today July 18th via Hideous Mink Records (Opus Kink, Fake Turins, Black Bordello) & SO Recordings (Enter Shikari, Deadletter, Big Special).
With widespread support bubbling throughout the BBC Radio 1 (Jack Saunders, Arielle Free, Amy Lamé), BBC 6 Music (Steve Lamacq, Tom Robinson) and Radio X (John Kennedy) airwaves, as well as tastemaker approval from the likes of The Independent and DIY Magazine, Alien Chicks and their blend of surrealist social commentary “are primed for a milestone moment” with the forthcoming arrival of their debut EP.
With a UK tour support run ticked off alongside indie heavyweights English Teacher late last year, the thrilling, groove-infused trio have developed a dedicated grassroots following in recent times, with several sold-out London headliners and dates supporting Lambrini Girls, Fat Dog, Opus Kink and Warmduscher.
London power-punk specialists Alien Chicks will also be playing in Europe for a few dates through The Netherlands the following in Autumn.
