Alien Future II – Elmeleven

Alien Future II by Elmeleven. Fruited Gose, 6.5% ABV.

Juicy mango colour, pours a small head.
Aromas of passion fruit, mango, licorice and some hints of vanilla.
Flavours of passion fruit, mango, some hints of lemon and licorice.
Juicy mouthfeel and a nice sweetness that isn’t too overwhelming. The licorice doesn’t take over the show but gives a nice subtle depth to it. The same with the lemon that is in the back playing support. Really nicely balanced and fresh. This brewery is becoming my favourite when it comes to sours, almost always delivers high quality stuff. 4 out of 5.
