Birds of Paradise by Ten Hands Brewing. New England IPA, 6.1% ABV, 35 IBU.

Hazy/half clear mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, white bread, herbs and a little bit of pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with passion fruit, grapefruit, white bread, pine and some herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and just a little bit of sweetness. Decently balanced but has a little bit of a funky and dank aftertaste that doesn’t really become me. 3.5 out of 5.
