Bubble – Dugges Bryggeri

Bubble by Dugges Bryggeri. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake and grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, sweet cake, apricot, some honey and hints of pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and a lingering grapefruity bitterness. Starts of tropical and sweet before that little bitterness takes over and stays for a while. Nicely balanced, not too sweet. 4 out of 5.
