Burger Burger – Fermenterarna

Burger Burger by Fermenterarna. Pastry Sour, 8% ABV.

Hazy strawberry colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, hints of vanilla, banana and black currant.
On the tongue is raspberry, strawberry, black currant and hints of vanilla and banana.
Juicy mouthfeel, not very tart but also not overly sweet. The red fruits are center stage here, I’m happy the vanilla and banana flavours are more subdued. Very much a candy flavour-profile and a lot going on in this one, but ends up pretty well balanced in the end. A little bit thin to be a smoothie/pastry sour though 3.75 out of 5.
