Carnifex TIPA by Apex Brewing Company. Triple New England IPA, 10% ABV. Brewed with Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Tropical aromas of mango, passion fruit, sweet cake, apricot and a little bit of pine.
Flavours are tropical and slightly citrusy, with mango, apricot, passion fruit, sweet cake, orange and a bit of herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, pretty soft bitterness and quite some dried fruit sweetness. Got a boozy bite but hides the ABV relatively well. Really good punch in the flavours and well balanced. 4.25 out of 5.
