Carrousel Carrousel by Alefarm Brewing. Double IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Vic Secret and Mosaic.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a big fluffy head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, orange and honey.
The nose is definitely mirrored on the tongue, which is tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, orange and honey.
Juicy mouthfeel, really hoppy and sweet, and has a soft bitterness. Really nicely balanced, no booziness despite the higher ABV. A really good DIPA, I enjoyed this one. 4 out of 5.
