Chill Pill by Hop Notch Brewing. Cold IPA, 6.1% ABV.

Clear golden colour, pours a big head.
Citrusy aromas of grapefruit, lemon, gooseberry and small herbal notes.
Flavours are citrusy, with grapefruit, gooseberry, lemon and a little bit of herbs and pine.
Crisp mouthfeel and a pretty laid back bitterness. Easy to drink and pretty mellow in the flavours. Doesn’t offend but kind of doesn’t excite that much either. 3.5 out of 5.
