Chiral – Gamma Brewing

Chiral by Gamma Brewing. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 25 IBU. Brewed with Azacca, Cashmere, Mosaic.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a big fluffy head.
Aromas are citrusy, malty and a bit tropical, with grapefruit and some bread and mango notes.
Flavours are citrusy, malty and a little bit tropical. Grapefruit, bread and some notes of mango. Has some herbal notes in the back as well and bit of pine can be found in there.
Crisp and a little bit juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Chiral has an interesting flavour-profile that does a bit of everything but manages to keep it together quite well. A strong 3.75 out of 5.
