Cold IPA – All In Brewing, Beerbliotek and Dealbreaker

Cold IPA by All In Brewing, Beerbliotek and Dealbreaker. Cold IPA, 6% ABV, 50 IBU.

Half clear pale yellow colour, pours a very small head.
Citrusy and a little bit malty aromas of grapefruit, white bread, some lime and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit malty, with grapefruit, white bread, passion fruit, some lime and herbs.
Crisp and clean mouthfeel with a dry finish and a medium bitterness. Well made but perhaps a little bit subdued and not super exciting. Captures the style well, perhaps it’s Cold IPAs that’s not really for me. 3.25 out of 5.
