Contradiction – Prophecy Brewing

Contradiction by Prophecy Brewing, American style IPA, 7% ABV, 75 IBU. Brewed with Galaxy, Idaho7, Mosaic and Cryo Pop.

Half clear apricot colour, pours a small head.
Aromas of citrus and some stone fruits, orange, apricot and hints of white bread.
Flavours of citrus, stone fruit and a little bit of tropical fruits, orange, apricot and notes of mango.
Crisp mouthfeel and a pretty defined bitterness. Not a bad brew but considering what went into this one I expected a little bit more punch in the flavours. Lands somewhere in between a regular IPA and a West Coast. 3.5 out of 5.
