Converging Sins – Spike Brewery

Converging Sins by Spike Brewery. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy apricot colour, pours a small head.
Tropical aromas of papaya, pineapple, some pine and herbs.
Flavours are tropical and slightly citrusy, with papaya, herbs, pine, some pineapple, orange and white bread.
Slightly juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and sweetness. Not quite the classic NEIPA-profile in my book, goes more towards a double IPA. Decently balanced though and pretty strong flavours despite the moderate ABV. 3.5 out of 5.
