Deimos IPA – Apex Brewing Company and Seven Island Brewery

Deimos IPA by Apex Brewing Company and Seven Island Brewery. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, mango and pineapple.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, mango, some sweet cake and a little bit of dank herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and just a bit of a boozy bite in the end. Not as sweet as I suspected, the lingering bitterness and more dank flavours balances it out. Nicely made. 4 out of 5.
