Dreamscape – Paranormal Brewing Co

Dreamscape by Paranormal Brewing Co. New England IPA, 7.5% ABV.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, grapefruit and hints of mango.
Tropical and a little bit citrusy flavours, mango, pineapple, sweet cake and some smaller notes of grapefruit.
Crisp mouthfeel, hoppy and sweet, has a soft bitterness but the sweet notes are most prominent. I’ve only tried sours from this brewery before but this shows that they know their IPAs as well. Really well balanced and nice. 4 out of 5.
