Duck Dealer – Duckpond Brewing and Dealbreaker

Duck Dealer by Duckpond Brewing and Dealbreaker. Sour Fruited Gose, 4.7% ABV.

A bit milky and deep purple colour.
Aromas of vanilla, black currant and some pear.
On the tongue is blackcurrant, vanilla, pear and some hints of fig.
Crisp and a little bit juicy mouthfeel with just the right amount of tartness. It’s pretty sweet, as it should be, but is balanced by that little bit of saltiness. The different fruits complement each other really nicely. An awesome collab between these two breweries, well done. 4.25 out of 5.
