Emencity by Prophecy Brewing. Fruited Sour, 6.5% ABV.

Milky purple colour, pours a small head.
Aromas of black currant, vanilla and some raspberry.
Flavours match the nose with black currant, vanilla, but also some hints of blueberries.
Pretty full mouthfeel, medium tartness that is balanced by the vanilla, which doesn’t take over the show, the black currant is the main focus here. Simple and straight forward, but lots of flavours. 4 out of 5.
