Etienne – Brewski

Etienne by Brewski. New England IPA, 7% ABV. Brewed with Dolcita and Citra Spectrum.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical aromas of mango, pineapple, sweet cake, herbs and a little bit of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical, with mango, pineapple, sweet cake, herbs and some grapefruit.
Crisp mouthfeel, pretty light bitterness and medium sweetness. Good balance and a pretty classic NEIPA-profile, doesn’t really stick out in either direction. A solid beer. 3.75 out of 5.
