Exobiology – Elmeleven

Exobiology by Elmeleven. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, sweet cake, grapefruit and some herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, sweet cake, grapefruit and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and sweetness. Hides the ABV pretty well, but got a good little boozy bite, and got good punch in the flavours. Well balanced and well made. 4 out of 5.
