Eye Sea – Fermenterarna

Eye Sea by Fermenterarna. New England IPA, 7.8% ABV, 25 IBU. Brewed with Mouteka T90, Citra T90, Mosaic Cryo and Cryo Pop.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake and some lemon.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, honey and some lemon and grapefruit.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and nice sweetness. Much more flavours than I thought from the aromas, which were a bit subdued. Nicely balanced and well made with lots of hoppiness. 4 out of 5.
