Feberdröm – Bustad Brewing

Feberdröm by Bustad Brewing. New England IPA, 6% ABV, 10 IBU. Brewed with El Dorado, Chinook and HBC 630.

Half clear golden colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, white bread, grapefruit and herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, grapefruit, white bread, some pine and herbs.
Pretty juicy, not that much bitterness and a little bit of sweetness. Pretty laid back in the flavours, but nicely balanced. Landing somewhere in between an IPA and a NEIPA. 3.75 out of 5.
