Half clear light orange colour, pours a small head.
Fruity aromas of apple, white bread and vinegar.
Flavours are fruity, with apple, white bread, vinegar and some straw.
Crisp mouthfeel and pretty high tartness. Lots of apple combined with that barrel aged profile which provides some depth. The taste is quite genuine. 3.75 out of 5.
