Full Circle (2023) – Spike Brewery

Full Circle (2023) by Spike Brewery. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, white bread and herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, mango, sweet cake and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and really hoppy. More tropical on the tongue than on the nose. Quite low carbonation but good punch in the flavours, almost like a double. Well balanced and nicely made, I really enjoyed it. 4 out of 5.
