Fully Fused – Dry and Bitter Brewing

Was hanging out in Copenhagen for a couple of days and did a spontaneous visit to Lidkoeb. Tried Fully Fused from Dry and Bitter Brewing after a recommendation from the bartender. A Fruited Sour with 5.7% ABV.

Hazy apricot colour and with aromas of raspberry and guava.
Flavours of raspberry, guava and some notes of rhubarb.
Pretty tart and not that sweet, as the guava is being let forward more than is usually the case in my experience. Gives a nice balance and makes it stand out a bit, really nice. 4 out of 5.
