Goodbye Galaxy – Elmeleven

Goodbye Galaxy by Elmeleven. Smoothie sour, 4.6% ABV.

Dark purple red berry colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas of blueberries, cherry, vanilla and some maple syrup.
The nose is mirrored on the tongue, where it’s blueberry, cherry, maple syrup and vanilla, as well as a little bit of coffee aftertaste.
Full mouthfeel, although far from the thickest in this series. Pretty well balanced, but it’s not my favourite from this brewery, there’s something with the aftertaste that doesn’t really become me. 3.75 out of 5.
