Elmeleven was doing a tap-takeover over at Stigbergets Fot yesterday (3/4-22).

Picture 1 (above):
Hailite Valley, Fruited Sour, 7.5% ABV. Hazy red berry colour. Aromas of vanilla, blackcurrant and apricot.
Flavours of blackcurrant, vanilla, apricot and hints of mandarin.
The red berries and vanilla are in the front but the apricot and mandarin gives a nice twist and some depth. 4 out of 5.

Picture 2 (below):
RCS, Pastry Sour, 7.5% ABV. Pale tomato colour. Aromas of raspberry, apricot and vanilla.
Flavours of raspberry, apricot, vanilla and notes of caramel.
Juicy mouthfeel and not overly sweet. The caramel adds a nice aspect to the flavour-profile. 4 out of 5
