Halcyon IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, white bread and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, passion fruit, white bread, and herbs.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and just a little bit of sweetness. Nicely balanced, not too sweet and nice flavours. Tastes like an Apex-beer, always solid. 4 out of 5.
