Hel IPA – Keane Brewing

Hel IPA by Keane Brewing. American style IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a big head.
Citrusy and piney aromas of grapefruit, pine, some caramel and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit piney, with grapefruit, pine, white bread, some hints of herbs and dried tropical fruits.
Crisp mouthfeel and medium bitterness. Pretty hoppy and has quite a lot of dried fruits, but could perhaps have pumped up the resinous notes a bit more. 3.5 out of 5.
