Heliodora – Cervezas Althaia

Heliodora by Cervezas Althaia. Fruited Berliner Weisse, 4.2% ABV, 18 IBU.

Half clear pinkish colour.
Aromas of strawberry, blood orange, hints of raspberry and a bit of lime.
In the tongue is strawberry, blood orange, some raspberry and orange.
Crisp mouthfeel and super refreshing. Not the strongest or most popping flavours but more laid back and relaxed. Not overly sweet thanks to the blood orange and a nice mellow tartness. A bit like a sparkling rosé. 3.75 out of 5.
