Hey Hey Holiday by Fermenterarna. Fruited Sour, 6% ABV.

Half clear pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical aromas of pineapple, guava, lime and hints of coconut.
Flavours of pineapple, mango, guava, lime and some coconut.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium tartness and not too sweet. There’s a lot going on here but the flavours mixes together well, the coconut doesn’t take too much space which is good. Definitely summer vibes on this one. 4 out of 5.
