HOPe for the Wild Salmon – Lilla Edet Bryggeri

HOPe for the Wild Salmon by lilla Edet Bryggeri. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Aromas are citrusy and a bit tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple and passion fruit.
Citrusy and a bit tropical flavours of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and also some piney notes.
Crisp mouthfeel and a pretty high bitterness. Has a bit of sweetness but the lingering bitterness defines it more. A pretty nice beer, and it’s for a good cause as parts if the profits goes towards the North Atlantic Salmon Fund. 3.5 out of 5.
