HOPknick IPA [2] – 2021/22 by Akia Brygghus and Fältkanonen. New England IPA, 7.2% ABV.

Half clear apricot colour, pours a pretty small head.
Aromas are citrusy and a bit malty, with grapefruit, white bread and some hints of lemon.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, white bread, pineapple and some apricot.
Crisp and a pretty decent bitterness, a little bit of a boozy aftertaste. I would say it’s almost more towards an American style IPA than a New England in the profile, but it’s a nice beer either way. 3.75 out of 5.
