How to Keep Your Eyes on the Fries by This Is How. Double IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Idaho7, Mosaic and Citra.

Half clear pineapple colour, pours no head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, nectarine and some lemon.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, nectarine, a little bit of rosemary and sweet cake.
A bit thin mouthfeel, not that much booziness but pretty good balance between the sweet and the bitter. The flavour-profile doesn’t totally go down with me, feels like something is lacking a bit for it being a double. Not the best stuff these guys have made, but still a decent beer. 3.5 out of 5.
