Hyacint IPA by O/O Brewing. American IPA, 6.7% ABV, 40 IBU.

Pretty clear light bronze colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and malty aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, white bread, pine and some herbs.
Flavours are tropical and malty, with pineapple, passion fruit, white bread, pine and some honey.
Full mouthfeel, distinct bitterness and medium sweetness. Nicely balanced and good punch in the flavours. 4 out of 5.
