Hypno Goat – Fermenterarna

Hypno Goat by Fermenterarna. New England IPA, 7.1% ABV, 20 IBU.

Hazy and juicy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and a bit citrusy aromas of mango, grapefruit and sweet cake.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, grapefruit, pineapple, sweet cake and some peppery notes.
Juicy mouthfeel, a pretty gentle bitterness and quite some hoppy sweetness. Not much of a boozy bite, just ever so slightly. Those slight peppery notes add some nice depth to it. 4 out of 5.
