Imperial Hopstart by Hop Notch Brewing. Double IPA, 8.5% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are tropical and a bit citrusy, with mango, grapefruit and some pine.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy as well, mango, sweet cake, grapefruit, some hints of pine and a little bit herbal.
More tropical than expected, but also has some maltiness mixed with the more sweet flavours. Interesting flavour-profile and decently well balanced. 3.75 out of 5.
