In Cafruits – Apricot, Raspberry and Plum Crumble by Amundsen Brewery. Pastry Sour, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy pale orange colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas of vanilla, apricot and raspberry.
On the tongue is vanilla, apricot, plum, white chocolate and some raspberry.
A bit juicy and creamy mouthfeel, not that tart and medium sweetness. Pretty vanilla forward, but the first thought is that the flavour-profile is a bit chaotic. Pretty tasty and lots of flavours but lacks some focus. 3.75 out of 5.
